Basic Services
Our basic services include:
Fees
Each building we document is unique in its design, occupancy, geometry, accessibility and complexity. These factors are taken into consideration when developing our fee. To give you a rough idea what it may cost to document your building, below is a general fee structure based for each building style.
Field Verification Fees:
- Office Buildings = $0.15 per SF
- Manufacturing = $0.10 per SF
- Warehouse = $0.10 per SF
- Industrial = $0.10 per SF
Data Entry Fees:
- Office Space = $0.10 per SF
- Manufacturing = $0.07 per SF
- Warehouse = $0.07 per SF
- Industrial = $0.05 per SF
Other fees are billed at our standard hourly rates:
Standard Hourly Rates:
- Project Manager $125.00/hour
- Estimator $100.00/hour
- Senior CAD Technician $100.00/hour
- CAD Technician $75.00/hour
Note: All fees are also based on a stipulated sum calculated on a Square Foot Basis and are subject to the existing building conditions, building accessibility, schedule, and subject to negotiation. There will be a minimum fee of $500.00 for all buildings. Travel, reproduction costs, office supplies and other related expenses are excluded from the above SF prices and will be included final invoices.
