WHO ARE WE?

Building Documentation Service is a building documentation and drafting service located in Southeastern Massachusetts. We specialize in Commercial, Industrial and Residential buildings.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We have been developing and maintaining existing building floor plans of any size and complexity for over 20 years. The floor plans are generated by pulling information from existing blueprints (Data Entry) or by taking actual field measurements (Field Verification). The information is then entered into the latest version of AutoCAD. The floor plans developed can then be used for space planning, documenting maintenance issues or to prepare marketing plans for available spaces. We also offer an array of other services as well listed on the Services & Fees page.
